Privacy Policy

Information we collect
Pepper stores the account information needed to operate the service, such as your email address and, when you use Google sign-in, the basic profile information Google shares with us. We also store the recipes, ingredients, menus, preferences, feedback, and support requests you choose to submit.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, keep each workspace isolated, provide and improve Pepper, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, data storage, error monitoring, and optional AI-powered features. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. Content submitted to an AI-powered feature may be sent to the provider used for that feature.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can delete your account and its associated workspace data from account settings. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion.
Security and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Pepper evolves and will revise the effective date when we do.
