Terms of Service

Effective September 30, 2026

Using Pepper

Pepper is a service for creating and organizing recipes, ingredients, and menus. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and to perform actions you request, such as sharing published content. You are responsible for having the rights to content you submit.

AI-powered features

Some features may generate or transform content using automated systems. Output can be incomplete or inaccurate, so you should review it before relying on or publishing it, particularly where allergies, food safety, or other health matters are involved.

Availability and accounts

The service is currently offered as an early product and may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other users. You may stop using Pepper and delete your account from account settings.

Disclaimers and liability

Pepper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service or its content will always be accurate, secure, or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the effective date when we do. Questions can be sent to peter@56.digital.
